It’s finally here again. There are fresh vegetables again and the days are getting warmer. Perfect conditions for a light salad.
The simplest spring recipe with deli dip!
|1 red Pepper|
|1 bunch of Parsley|
|1 Iceberg Lettuce|
|1 deli dip Labané|
|Oil, Salt, Pepper|
|Cut the tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers and place in a bowl.|
|Chop the parsley and add it to the vegetables.|
|Wash the iceberg lettuce and cut it into small leaves.|
|Mix the salad with the vegetables.|
|Put 2 tablespoons of Labané in the bowl.|
|Marinate the salad with salt, pepper and oil. Serve and enjoy.|
