Traditional cickpea balls with authentic herbs and spices.
A lovingly prepared traditional recipe
Falafel’s main ingredients are chickpeas, onion and wheat flour which are spiced up with coriander, parsley, cumin, cardamom and pepper – an age-old recipe which we remain true to. What makes our falafel so special are the quality ingredients and the skill and craft that go into its preparation.
Falafel is an ancient dish dating back to biblical times. It has its origins in the Middle East, but it is no longer possible to tell where exactly, since it has always been such an integral part of so many different food cultures. Traditionally falafel is served in pita bread together with houmous, tahini and lettuce, or just dipped into tahini to make a delicious vitamin-packed snack.
