Our falafel
Falafel are made from chickpeas – one of the oldest cultivated plants in the world. First appearing in Anatolia, chickpeas spread throughout the Mediterranean, Africa, and Asia. Archaeological findings suggest they’ve been grown since around 7000 BC. Chickpeas are high in fibre and resistant starch, which support gut health. They’re also rich in plant-based protein, vitamins, and minerals – while being low in fat and cholesterol. Chickpeas help keep you feeling full for longer.
