Hummus Salad

A simple deli dip hummus salad is not only healthy and delicious – it’s also ready in no time.

Ingredients

1 tomato
1 cucumber
1 spring onion
deli dip Hummus
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Basil

Preparation

Wash the tomato, cucumber and spring onion and cut them into small pieces.

Put the deli dip hummus in a bowl.

Slowly pour olive oil over the hummus, then stir it in with the back of a spoon.

Add the vegetables and season with salt and pepper to your taste. Add fresh basil leaves.
