 Pita with falafel

Ingredients

170g deli dip Hummus
1 piece deli dip Pita
3-4 pieces deli dip Falafel
Tahinadressing

Red cabbage salad

1/2 head of red cabbage
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar
A pinch of salt
A pinch of cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 lemon

Oriental salad

70g cherry tomatoes
70g cucumber
50g spring onion
30g parsley
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and Pepper

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (conventional heat) for the Falafel.

2. Falafel für 3–4 Minuten in den Ofen geben.

3. For the red cabbage salad, cut the red cabbage into small pieces.

4. Add all the other ingredients to a bowl and mix well with the cabbage.

5. To make the oriental salad, wash the tomatoes, cucumber and spring onion, cut into small pieces and mix together in a bowl.

6. Add the olive oil, lemon juice and parsley and season with salt and pepper.

7. Warm the Pita, spread with Hummus and fill with the salads and tahina dressing.
