Pita with falafel

Ingredients
170g deli dip Hummus
1 piece deli dip Pita
3–4 pieces deli dip Falafel
Tahinadressing
Red cabbage salad
1/2 head of red cabbage
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar
A pinch of salt
A pinch of cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 lemon
Oriental salad
70g cherry tomatoes
70g cucumber
50g spring onion
30g parsley
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat for the Falafel .
2. Place the Falafel in the oven for 3–4 minutes.
3. For the red cabbage salad, cut the red cabbage into small pieces.
4. Add all the other ingredients to a bowl and mix well with the cabbage.
5. To make the oriental salad, wash the tomatoes, cucumber and spring onion, cut into small pieces and mix together in a bowl.
6. Add the olive oil, lemon juice and parsley and season with salt and pepper.
7. Warm the Pita, spread with Hummus and fill with the salads and tahina dressing.
