Tahini dressing

Ingredients
4 tbsp deli dip Tahin
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 crushed garlic clove
Salt and Pepper
Preparation
1. Mix Tahin, water, lemon juice, garlic clove, salt and pepper.
2. Add water for the desired consistency.
3. Pour into a screw-top jar and store in the fridge.
4. The dressing will keep for up to 1 week.
5. Stir before use and dilute slightly if necessary.
