A passion for healthy food.

Fanny Schreiber wanted only the healthiest food for her two sons – and it had to be quick to prepare, too. That’s how she discovered her love for hummus and tahini. What began as an act of motherly care soon turned into a business idea. Together with Hannes Winkelbauer – who brought sales expertise to match her culinary instinct – the idea of founding deli dip was born: to produce high-quality Middle Eastern specialities themselves.

It must always taste homemade.

"It's important that it tastes homemade," explains the passionate deli dip founder. As the daughter of two Parisian restaurateurs, she knew from an early age how important high-quality ingredients are for the perfect recipe. That's why deli dip's authentic dips taste just like those from Fanny's kitchen, made with passion. This is our high standard, and with Dror as our production manager, who shares our love for hummus and healthy, Middle Eastern cuisine, we make sure to uphold it.

As we grow, so does our responsibility.

To ensure our products are always of the highest quality, we use only the finest ingredients. Fair working conditions and environmentally responsible resource management are also very important to us. After all, it’s not just the taste of our dips that matters, it’s also how we make them.

Our Values

Since we started, quality, sustainability, and social responsibility have been at the heart of everything we do.

Our hummus is made using an authentic original recipe and stands out thanks to its exceptionally creamy texture. We take particular pride in our sustainable production: we have started to fit the roof of our production site with solar panels, and by 2025, the entire rooftop will be covered. The oil used to fry our falafel is repurposed to heat our office space. Our packaging is fully recyclable, helping us reduce our environmental footprint.

Our production process allows us to use 100% of all ingredients, creating zero waste. We also keep our ingredient list short and carefully select raw materials from Europe to minimise transport distance, all part of our commitment to quality and sustainability.

We also place great importance on social responsibility: by ensuring fair working conditions and partnering with local producers, we strengthen our community and support the preservation of traditional farming methods.
