Hummus with roasted pumpkin

Ingredients
250g deli dip Hummus
200g pumpkin
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
tahinidressing
Parsley
Coriander
Salt and Pepper
Preparation
1 Preheat the oven to 220°C top/bottom heat. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Dice the pumpkin and combine with a mixture of olive oil, cumin and paprika.
3. Place the pumpkin in the oven and roast for 20 minutes.
4. Finally, spread the Hummus around the edge of the plate with a tablespoon. Arrange the roasted pumpkin in the middle and top with the Tahina dressing, parsley and coriander .
