Hummus with roasted pumpkin

Ingredients

250 g dip hummus

200 g

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/2 tsp paprika

2 tablespoons Olive oil

Salt and Pepper

To finish: parsley and Coriander

Tahina dressing

Preparation

1 Preheat the oven to 220 °C top/bottom heat. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

2 Dice the pumpkin and mix with a mixture of Olive oil, cumin and paprika.

3. place the pumpkin in the oven and roast for 20 minutes .

4 Finally, spread the hummus around the edge of the plate with a tablespoon. Arrange the roasted pumpkin in the middle and top with the Tahina dressing, parsley and Coriander .
