Hummus with roasted pumpkin

Ingredients
250 g deli dip Hummus
200 g pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Top with parsley and coriander.
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 220 °C (conventional heat). Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
2. Dice the pumpkin and combine with a mixture of olive oil, cumin and paprika.
3. Place the pumpkin in the oven and roast for 20 minutes.
4. Finally, spread the hummus around the edge of the plate with a tablespoon. Arrange the roasted pumpkin in the middle and top with the tahini dressing, parsley and coriander.
