Hummus with roasted cauliflower

Ingredients
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 220 °C (conventional heat). Bring water to a boil in a pot.
2. Blanch the whole cauliflower in salted water for approx. 3–4 minutes.
3. Rub the blanched cauliflower with the mixture of olive oil, cumin and paprika.
4. Place the cauliflower in the oven and roast for 20 minutes, then drizzle with olive oil .
5. Finally, spread the Hummus around the edge of the plate with a tablespoon. Divide the roasted cauliflower into florets, arrange in the middle and top with the tahini dressing,parsley and coriander.
