Hummus with meatballs Köfte

Ingredients
Preparation
1. Cut the onion into small pieces and fry in a little olive oil .
2. Mix the mince (or vegan mince) with the onion, egg or cornflour, crushed garlic clove, chopped herbs, spices and pine nuts in a bowl.
3. With wet hands, shape into long köfte and chill for approx. 10 minutes.
4 Fry in coconut oil until golden brown and keep warm in the oven.
5 Spread the hummus on a plate, place the Köfte on top, and top with Tahina dressing, pomegranate seeds and fresh Coriander .
