Hummus with meatballs Köfte

Ingredients

250g deli dip Hummus classic
500g minced meat (beef,50/50 lamb and beef or 500g vegan mince)
1 egg (or 1 tbsp cornflour)
1 Onion
1 crushed Garlic clove
1/2 bunch chopped parsley
1/2 bunch chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Coriander
1 tsp nutmeg
20g pine nuts
Tahina
dressing
Salt and Pepper

Preparation

1 Cut the Onion into small pieces and fryeasy in a little Olive oil .

2. mix the mince (or vegan mince) with the Onion, egg or cornflour, crushed Garlic clove, chopped herbs, spices and pine nuts in a bowl.

3. with wet hands, shape into long köfte and chill for approx. 10 minutes .

4 Fry in coconut oil until golden brown and keep warm in the oven.

5 Spread the hummus on a plate, place the kofta on top, top with Tahina dressing, pomegranate seeds and fresh Coriander .
