Grilled chicken with zahtar

Ingredients
deli dip Zahtar
1 whole chicken
Lemon
2 garlic cloves
Olive oil
Salt
Preparation
1. Stuff the chicken with half a lemon and 2 cloves of garlic.
2. Rub the chicken well with olive oil, sprinkle generously with Zahtar and season with salt.
3. Cook in the oven at 180° C for approx. 1 hour (depending on the size of the chicken), basting regularly with the chicken's own juices.
