Grilled chicken with za'atar

Ingredients

  • Deli dip Za'atar
  • Whole chicken
  • Lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Stuff the chicken with half a lemon and 2 cloves of garlic
  2. Rub the chicken well with olive oil and sprinkle generously with za'atar.
  3. Salt
  4. Bake at 180 °C for approx. 1 hour (depending on the size of the chicken), basting regularly with the chicken's own juices.
