Grilled chicken with za'atar

Ingredients
- Deli dip Za'atar
- Whole chicken
- Lemon
- 2 garlic cloves
- Olive oil
- Salt
Preparation
- Stuff the chicken with half a lemon and 2 cloves of garlic
- Rub the chicken well with olive oil and sprinkle generously with za'atar.
- Salt
- Bake at 180 °C for approx. 1 hour (depending on the size of the chicken), basting regularly with the chicken's own juices.
