Our guacamole

Guacamole is a classic Mexican dish made from avocados, or "aguacate," as they’re called in Spanish. The Aztecs have enjoyed avocados for centuries. Packed with vitamins and minerals, they’re not only delicious but also very nutritious. Some even regard them as a natural aphrodisiac. Originating from southern Mexico, the avocado might look like a vegetable, but it’s actually a fruit.
