Hummus salad

Ingredients

250g deli dip Hummus
1 tomato
1 cucumber
1 spring onion
Olive oil
Basil
Salt and Pepper

Preparation

1. Wash the tomatoes, cucumber and spring onion and cut into small pieces.

2. Den deli dip Hummus in eine Schüssel geben.

3. Slowly pour the olive oil over the hummus and then stir in with the back of a spoon.

4. Add the vegetables and season with salt and pepper to taste. Then add the fresh basil leaves.
