Hummus with tabouleh

Ingredients
170 g dip hummus
2 bunches of parsley
1 bunch of mint
2 bunches of Coriander
2 young onions
3-4 tomatoes
5 tablespoons Olive oil
50g couscous
lemon juice
2 pinches Salt
1/2 lemon
Preparation
1. cook the couscous and leave to cool
2 Wash and chop the parsley, mint, Coriander, spring onion and tomatoes and mix well.
3. add the Olive oil, Salt, lemon juice and couscous and mix well - the tabouleh is ready.
4. spread the hummus on plates and arrange the tabouleh on top
5. drizzle with lemon juice
