Hummus with tabouleh

Ingredients
170g deli dip Hummus
2 bunches of parsley
1 bunch of mint
2 bunches of coriander
2 spring onions
3–4 tomatoes
5 tbsp olive oil
50g couscous
lemon juice
2 pinches of salt
1/2 lemon
Preparation
1. Cook the couscous and leave to cool.
2. Wash and chop the parsley, mint, coriander, spring onion and tomatoes and mix well.
3. Add the olive oil, salt, lemon juice and couscous and mix well. The tabouleh is ready!
4. Spread the Hummus on a plate and arrange the tabouleh on top.
5. Drizzle with lemon juice.
