Hummus with sautéed mushrooms

Ingredients
deli dip Hummus
200g quartered mushrooms
Olive oil
Garlic clove
Salt and pepper
Fresh parsley
Preparation
1. heat the Olive oil , grate 1 Garlic clove , add 200g quartered mushrooms and fry.
2 Season with Salt and Pepper .
3. arrange the hummus, place the mushrooms in the middle and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
