Hummus with sautéed mushrooms

Ingredients

250g deli dip Hummus
200g quartered mushrooms
Olive oil
1 grated garlic clove
Fresh parsley
Salt and Pepper

Preparation

1. Heat the olive oil, grate a garlic clove, add the mushrooms and fry.

2. Season with salt and pepper .

3. Arrange the Hummus, place the mushrooms in the middle and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
