Hummus with beet

Ingredients

250g deli dip Hummus
200g beet (pre-cooked)
Ground cumin
Olive oil
Lemon
Salt and pepper

Preparation

1. Puree the cooked beet, cumin, olive oil and lemon juice .

2 Season to taste with salt and pepper .

3. Spread the hummus on plates and top with the beetroot cream.
