Hummus with beetroot

Ingredients
250g deli dip Hummus
200g beetroot (pre-cooked)
Ground cumin
Olive oil
Lemon
Salt and pepper
Preparation
1. Puree the cooked beetroot, cumin, olive oil and lemon juice.
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Spread the hummus on plates and top with the beetroot cream.
