Broccoli hummus/tahina

Ingredients

250g deli dip Hummus or 200g Tahina
1 broccoli
1 lemon

Preparation

1. Blanch the broccoli in salted water for 2 minutes until al dente.

2. Squeeze the lemon and sprinkle over the broccoli.

3. Dip with deli dip Hummus or Tahina and enjoy.
