 Baguette with schnitzel, salads and hummus

Ingredients

1 baguette

1 schnitzel

deli dip Coriander paste

250 g dip hummus

Tahina dressing

Red cabbage salad

1/2 red cabbage head

2 tablespoons Olive oil

1 tbsp vinegar

A pinch of Salt

A pinch of cumin

1 half teaspoon Cinnamon

Half a lemon

Oriental salad

70 g

70g cucumber

50g young onion

30g parsley

1 tbsp Olive oil

1/2 tbsp lemon juice

Salt and Pepper

Preparation

1. cut the red cabbage into small pieces for the red cabbage salad.

2. add all the other Ingredients to a bowl and mix well with the cabbage.

3 For the oriental salad, wash the tomatoes, cucumber and spring onion, cut into small pieces and mix together in a bowl.

4 Add the Olive oil, lemon juice and parsley and season with Pepper and Salt .

5 Then spread the baguette with hummus, top with the schnitzel and the salads and drizzle with Coriander paste and Tahina dressing.
