Baguette with schnitzel, salad and hummus

Ingredients
250g deli dip Hummus
deli dip Coriander paste
1 baguette
1 schnitzel
Tahina dressing
Red cabbage salad
1/2 head of red cabbage
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar
A pinch of salt
A pinch of cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 lemon
Oriental salad
70g cherry tomatoes
70g cucumber
50g spring onion
30g parsley
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Preparation
1. For the red cabbage salad, cut the red cabbage into small pieces.
2. Add all the other ingredients to a bowl and mix well with the cabbage.
3. For the oriental salad, wash the tomatoes, cucumbers and spring onions, cut into small pieces and mix together in a bowl.
4. Add the olive oil, lemon juice and parsley and season with salt and pepper.
5. Then spread the baguette with Hummus, top with the schnitzel and the salad and drizzle with coriander paste and tahini dressing.
