Baguette with schnitzel, salad and hummus

Ingredients
1 baguette
1 schnitzel
deli dip Coriander paste
250 g deli dip Hummus
Red cabbage salad
1/2 head of red cabbage
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar
A pinch of salt
A pinch of cumin
Half a teaspoon cinnamon
Half a lemon
Middle Eastern salad
70 g cherry tomatoes
70 g cucumber
50 g spring onion
30 g parsley
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and Pepper
Preparation
1. For the red cabbage salad, cut the red cabbage into small pieces.
2. Add all the other Ingredients to a bowl and mix well with the cabbage.
3. For the Middle Eastern salad, wash the tomatoes, cucumbers and spring onions, cut into small pieces and mix together in a bowl.
4. Add the olive oil, lemon juice and parsley and season with salt and pepper.
5. Then spread the baguette with hummus, top with the schnitzel and the salad and drizzle with coriander paste and tahini dressing.
