Hummus with pumpkin seed pesto

Ingredients

250g deli dip hummus
36g pumpkin seeds
10ml pumpkin seed oil
10ml organic rapeseed oil
3g parsley
Salt and Pepper

Preparation

1. Roast the pumpkin seeds in a pan until they pop open.
2. Puree the pumpkin seeds, oils, parsley & salt into a pesto using a hand blender.
3. Spread the hummus on the plate and top with the pesto.
4. Spread the pumpkin seeds on top.
