Hummus sweet potato and spinach strudel

Spinach
Sweet Potatoes
Puff Pastry
Egg
Olive oil
Salt, Pepper
deli dip Houmous

Preparation

Wash spinach.

Dice sweet potato.

Fill the puff pastry with the sweet potatoes and spinach, then give the hummus over the mass.

Season with salt and pepper and oil.

Close puff pastry and brush with egg yolk.
