Grilled sweet potato with hummus

A summer side dish recipe for the barbecue or at home!

Ingredients

4 Sweetpotatoes
Peanut oil
Rosemary
Salt
deli dip Houmous

Preparation

Coarsely chop the rosemary and put in oil (best to infuse overnight)

Wash, peel and slice the sweet potatoes

Dip the slices in the oil on both sides and season. Use a bit of salt.

Roast on the grill or in the pan until golden brown on both sides

Refine each slice with hummus and serve
