A summer side dish recipe for the barbecue or at home!
|deli dip Houmous|
|Coarsely chop the rosemary and put in oil (best to infuse overnight)|
|Wash, peel and slice the sweet potatoes|
|Dip the slices in the oil on both sides and season. Use a bit of salt.|
|Roast on the grill or in the pan until golden brown on both sides|
|Refine each slice with hummus and serve|
